Scrambled Tofu or beans

  1. Cut drained tofu into bite size pieces or mash with a potato masher and set aside. If using beans, you can leave them as is or slightly mash them.
  2. In warm non-stick skillet , place liquid Aminos, water, and all the seasoning powders. Stir to mix.
  3. Add the tofu or beans, red bell pepper, spinach, green onions. Toss gently while cooking until the onions and veggies are tender and water has evaporated. This process can take some time. Enjoy!
