Gluten-Free Bread

  1. Mix first 5 dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, blend until smooth, the next five ingredients and add to chia seeds and psyllium husk.
  2. Leave for about 2 minutes to thicken. Add the dry ingredients to the thickened wet ingredients.
  3. Mix well until you form a soft dough. Form into a loaf or any desired shape. Let rise until about double the size.
  4. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes for small breads or 1 hour and 15 minutes for regular loaves.
