- Combine in a bowl banana, almond milk, flaxseed and cinnamon and vanilla. Stir.
- If it’s gloppy then add more almond milk to thin it out.
- Let batter rest for 5 min. Let your griddle get hot. Dip bread on both sides and put on your griddle.
- Cook for 3-4 min on both sides.
- For added texture sprinkle almond meal to freshly dipped bread, then put on griddle.
