- In a small saucepan, combine sugar with water and whisk it.
- Stir until combined. Next add the coconut milk fat (do not shake or stir, use the top layer only), maple syrup and bring to a boil over medium heat. Continue to stir until bubbly and thickened. Stir constantly.
